Skagway Trains, Bars and Brothels! Welcome to Skagway After our day of excursions in Juneau we left port at about 1:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday and cruised through the glaciers until about 9:00 pm. Then we set sail overnight to Skagway, ariving at 7:00 on Thursday morning.
