Our hotel was a timeshare and we quickly learned that we could be in for a week of hard sell from the staff. Our host used the term "So Tell Me, What Do You Think"? about 1,000 times over the course of the week trying to get us to attend a seminar. We realized the first day that if we did not answer, he would smile and move on to the next group of Americans and work his magic on them. It became one of our catch phases for the week. <I>" So Tell Me, What Do You Think"?</I></div> <bR> <div> After checking out the hotel and the Tiki Bar, we headed across the street for a quick dinner and some cold beers. A great way to end our long day of travel. On our first full day in Cancun we got up early and hopped on the bus to town and got the lay of the land. We spent our first day exploring Cancun and planning our week. We Knew we wanted to go to Tulum the next day so we decided we would rent a jeep and head out in the morning. On our way to Tulum, we decided to stop and check out Playa Del Carmen. We fell in love with the town and we decided to spend the night, Tulum has been there for a long time and it could wait another day! This was the best way to start out our Mexico vacation.
