Cooking School
With our hill tribe adventure and 15 hours of sleep behind us we were ready for our cooking school day. We both looked forward to learning about Thai cooking and the proper methods of preparation. The school was great, we started out at a local day market learning about fresh Thai ingredients. We went back to the school and learned how to prepare and cook five dishes. After we prepared each dish, we sat down and ate them.
What a way to spend a day!
